Philmont Community Spirit Day 2013

Hello friends and family, and students:  photo copy 12

photo copy 8

Thank you so much for your prayers for Philmont Spirit Day!  We could feel the Presence of the Lord, and it has been a blessed experience from beginning to end.  I know many of you have been praying so I wanted to send you some photos.  We are believing there will be much fruit for the Kingdom in the years to come.

You’ve probably heard us tell you how God had put it on my hear to write an article for the local paper on Community Transformation Through Prayer.  I did, and it was published, but there was no response  until we were t VOP and we got a call from Brenda McAlphen, a life long Philmont resident, that she had read that article and she desperately needed someone to help her – would we help her hold a Revival in Philmont June 1!photo photo copy 19

God had clearly spoken to her to do this and she had already hired the town park.  We were so happy to partner with her and God caused many more people to partner with Brenda too.  Pastor John Miller brought a huge tent, cooking gear and helpers from his church to cook   the free hot dogs and hamburgers Brenda was giving away.  Calvary Assembly of God, Stottville, Pastors and church members helped with setting up and cleaning up, worship and praise singing , and following the photos is a list of those who donated money to buy the food.photo copy 14 photo copy 15 photo copy 13 photo copy 10

Brenda felt God had put this on her heart because she remembers a time when children ran and played in Philmont, there were active churches, God was spoken about all the time and the atmosphere was one of Christian love.

Thank you so much for your prayers.

What has been amazing in this day of worship and praise for God in Philmont is the way God brought it all together.  At first  it seemed like nothing was going to happen, but we kept encouraging each other to be obedient.  Brenda was amazing, going out to ask for donations.

IMG_1697

Then, Michael and I had meetings in our home with all the pastors in Philmont to invite their participation.  After that, Pastor John Miller blessed the day with so much, and Brenda had the young men from Teen Challenge some and they were awesome!

The Presence of the Lord was so beautiful all day – even in  the intense heat, the

event was under a large roof and there was a sweet breeze flowing gently through all day.  I know it was God’s angels activating the place.

photo copy 3  For a village of 623 people-and probably 40 church goers at most, we had about 200 people come, get face painted, Carol and Nancy made balloon swords and animals – very popular -Wayne and Kerri helped them and also activated little kids with the bubbles and bubble wands we brought, and free hot dogs and hamburgers.  I gave out prophetic Scriptures, read them over people. One young man after I read a portion of Psalm 91 over him and prophesied that God has His protection all around him, pointed to his tattoo saying he was a firefighter!  He was beaming as he put the Psalm in his pocket.

photo copy 18photo copy 7     I would say that very few of the “church” people came, but the poor, the tattoo filled young people, and Teen Challenge people were in abundance.  Praise God.  Our booth had a banner proclaiming the Kingdom School logo and the words “Destiny Refreshment”  .
Here is a list of those Philmont people Brenda McAlphen and all of us would like to thank:

Shaking It Up!

Does it seem to you that God is doing a lot of shaking of things these days?  The ups and downs of living every day in world where the weather has gone off the charts, the news is hard to listen to, and the internal chatter is often not exactly helpful.  “Pray without ceasing”, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, seems to be my refuge.  When I pray in the middle of negative thoughts, I literally experience a shift in my world.  It’s so exciting.  It feels like we are entering a new time of promise and excitement as we hold on to our dreams and move forward in spite of obstacles.

ksgroup

We began May with the Graduation of the   GSSM Kingdom Satellite School students. What a day!  We had over 100 visitors, and all remarked on feeling the Presence of God when they walked in to our worship.grad  What an honor to steward these students through this last school year and watch them become transformed through this amazing program that releases God’s love in ever greater degrees.  Such powerful testimonies.  Pastor Jay Francis of Rock Road Chapel, Berne, NY, gave a great commencement address on Revival and its cost, and the students offered prophetic words to the first 37 people who took a ticket for the Prophetic Presbytery.,   Both students and those receiving a prophetic word were lifted up as God gave each one the revelation they needed.  So many were impressed with the accuracy of the Words they received.  Truly blessings were had by all.gotherdun

I think Michael and I felt a tremendous sense of achievement and happiness that the school blessed us and so many people.  now we look forward to continuing on for next fall with a new first year and a follow up /outreach class for the graduates from this year.  As we grow in our relationships with area leaders and churches, we hope to connect up our graduates with many outreach IMG_3671opportunities in the years to come.

Our good friends Bob & Marge Morrison, ANGA Ambassadors from Global Awakening visited us – a layover while waiting to pick up their children arriving back from the Mission field at the NYC Airport.

IMG_3665

We had a great time visiting Stonecrop Gardens with them.

We also had great visits from our children- Mark, Kristi and our grandaughter Carwen who had her first painting lesson!

I would like to have a service remembering the martyrs of our faith on MEMORIAL DAY, too!  And the original Patriots who fought the Revolutionary war because we owe so much to those who suffered even unto death that we might have all that we have today.IMG_6056

Christine has added an icon teaching class to her schedule for the summer in Woodstock and also changed the location of the Albany class to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Colonie.  Her “Mandylion’ icon is in a group exhibition now at WAAM in Woodstock and her contemporary drawings  will be in a group exhibition in Kingston in July.  She’s trying to finish up a grant request to fund a major exhibition in 2014, so please keep her in your prayers for all this!   Michael has been photographing when possible, some beautiful gardens.  We are praying for him to get a good garden book going this year, so we ask you prayers for this also.

IMG_3821Also, a great visit with daughter Micah and son-in law Tore. His film, “Abel’s Field” is available nationally – Walmart, Amazon.com, etc. so it’s time to get your copy.  Very inpiring to see a contemporary Biblical story that is well done!

One last thing- last month Christine felt led to write an article for the local paper on Community Transformation Through Prayer.  A woman, Brenda Van Alphen,  called up in response to this and said she was trying to get a revival going in Philmont for June 1 and she was in despair that no one would help her – would we help?  Since then Michael has held two meetings with Brenda and all the pastors in Philmont who are now working together to participate in the Revival.  Brenda hired the town Park for the day and will be providing free hot dogs and hamburgers as well as having preachers and singers coming from all over.  philmontOur Kingdom school will have a table called “Destiny Refreshment” to talk to people and give them encouraging words from God.  We are all so excited to see what God’s going to do!  we are praying that this will be an atmosphere changer, and that churches will once again flourish in the area.

So many things we need your prayers for!  Thank you, thank you!  And please let us know how we can pray for you – it is a joy to do so!

Love and blessings to you!   Michael and Christine

May – GRADUATION 2013

IMG_3481Hello Friends and Family:

Such a slow, chilly spring.  I almost thought moles had eaten the daffodils I planted last fall, but yes, they are now coming up! photoI expect you are all ready for more warmth too, and we know that the day will come when it is all here.  Faith is like that too, and as we now find ourselves with Graduation for our Kingdom GSSM Satellite School we IMG_3409remember this time last year we didn’t even know that there would be a school.  IMG_3454We thought God was calling us to do a school but how?  In this past year, God has shown up in interesting ways when  we needed financial support, guidance, and God encounters with people.

IMG_3488

On May 11, Fifteen students will be graduating from our school and we will be celebrating with a ceremony that includes an address by Pastor Jay Francis from Rock Road Chapel and IAM ministries, and a Prophetic Presbytery.  Some of our students have been invited to give presentations at local churches, teaching on Words of Knowledge, and healing prayer.  The response we are getting is that local churches are hungry to experience what our students have been learning all year.

IMG_3514

Several of our students will be leading youth ministry in our area too, and it seems that our youth is eager to participate in developing a closer relationship with Jesus, too.

We are seeing the effect of our school on communities in our area. Christine wrote an article for a local paper about Community Transformation Through Prayer, which served as encouragement for a woman who feels called to bring a Revival to our town of Philmont by hosting a celebration of God in our local town park on June 1.  We were able to hold a meeting in our home for all the local pastors to get together and each will be sharing in some way with this Revival.  So exciting to see what God is going to do!photo

Now we are praying about what direction God wants to take Kingdom School for next year. We appreciate your prayers as always.

We believe that God is doing extraordinary things in these days and we see an Awakening around us. It is as though we are seeing the first flowers of the Holy Spirit spring, the crocus are starting to appear of His Kingdom. They are popping up all around and we are sure that there is going to be a powerful out pouring of the Holy Spirit. Commissioning celebration

Consider yourself invited to GRADUATION!! Either in prayer or in person. Bless you!! You are each in our prayers and we look forward to hearing from you,

In His love,

Christine and MichaelIMG_3520

Easter 2013

Hello Friends and Family:

photoIt’s Easter tomorrow, having come so early this year as to be in advance of most signs of spring.  It seems odd, walking and praying in the countryside the day before Easter and it’s still winter!  But Sunday’s comin’!  photo

“Father, it’s time.

Display the bright splendor of Your Son

So the Son may in turn show your bright splendor.” John 17:1  Message

I know for us this last many months have been long days and nights of hard work, prayer, and hope that we can make an impact in our spheres of influence that will show Christ’s love in a meaningful way.  Sometimes that looks like teaching, sometimes forgiving, a lot of loving people and calling them higher, traveling from place to place and reaching out to share what we have been given.

IMG_3307 1 IMG_3259 1 IMG_3110

Starting a contemporary ministry school in Albany, NY where 97% of the population is unchurched has been both rewarding and challenging.  We both are in awe of our students and their dedication and commitment to growing in their relationship to God.  We love watching them transform into more of what God created them to be, and we ourselves are experiencing similar transformation.  And it’s not done yet!  We have a major conference in Lancaster Pa- the Voice of the Prophets Conference in April which the entire school is going to.  We are all fasting and praying for major breakthroughs for that conference.

We were very blessed to have Global Awakening’s School Director, Michael Hutchings, come for a two day visit during which he hit home runs everywhere he went!  At school he gave prophetic words and encouragement to the students, as well as inspired teaching on the Kingdom.  The next day he preached at Gospel Community Church in Coxsackie, NY and we were all blessed by not only his anointed preaching, but also by the youth of that church sharing their testimonies of having gone out by themselves to pray for people at the mall.  We are praying for more experiences like we had with the youth at Coxsackie.  Michael and I are organizing several Outreach days for our students to preach and teach in area churches throughout the spring and summer.  We are considering having a second year starting in the fall as well as another first year of training.  So, please keep all this in your prayers.  We feel very much in keeping with the season – lots of hope and promise but the ground is still very cold!

We bought this rooster painting today from Hudson street artist “Earl”.  Seemed appropriate for the season!   photo

I have two pieces in a digital art exhibition called “Holy Men, Holy Women”, and will be taking part in a panel discussion with other exhibitors from the Windows on Heaven exhibition in Metuchen, NJ where ten of my icons are currently on display.

Michael has two new articles recently published in NYC & G and in Flower magazine. He also gave a talk in Southampton at the Madoo Conservatory called ‘Catch the Eye’, about how our eye works in a garden, for our friend Robert Dash painter and gardener.

We are very excited about what the summer brings and look forward to a busy year preparing for the next year with Kingdom GSSM Satellite School.photo

Please keep us in your prayers, as you are in ours.

Love & Prayers,

Michael and Christine

Awesome Blossoms

Hello Friends and Family:blogfeb

Worship at our GSSM Kingdom Satellite School has always been awesome, but now it is getting exciting!  God has been giving us prophetic words about transformation in our area.  Isaiah 54 “Enlarge the place of your tent, let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out;spare not;…For   you will spread abroad to the right hand and the left; and your offspring will possess the nations and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.”

This weekend we are preparing to welcome Mike Hutchings, Director of the GSSM School to visit us and speak to our school and Gospel Community Church, Coxsackie, about “Equipping for the Kingdom”.  What we are witnessing through the personal transformations happening with our students and ourselves, is the culture of God’s Kingdom beginning to blossom in our area. blogfeb2 blogfeb6We are seeing people healed of cancer, relationships being restored, and a new hunger for inner healing amongst families.  The really wonderful thing is that most of our students are being equipped to go out into their spheres of influence and affect the people around them with God’s love on a more forgiving, and trusting level than ever before.   IMG_3072 1

So, as we come near to the end of this school year, we begin to plan for next year’s school and outreach by praying and dreaming with God about how He wants to transform our Hudson Valley, the State and the Nation.    We will share more about specific plans in the coming months, but for now, we are confident now that we have the components to do some major outreach efforts in our area.  Some of that will look like showing Christian films in local venues, open to the public, and having Q & A and fellowship/refreshments afterwards.  Some will be praying on the streets with people, and also expanding praying with the elderly in our local communities.Jonah1

The b & W painting on the right was from a worship time at school, when the Lord spoke about Jonah, and how important it is to put aside our judgements about God’s people and just bring God’s message – whether we want to or not!!!!      Love and prayers,

Michael and ChristineIMG_3067 1

January Thaw

Dear Family and Friends:   photo

Who wouldn’t want to see a field of golden pollen at the end of January? I suppose that’s what MOMA and artist Wolfgang Laib were thinking when they arranged “Pollen from Hazelnut” a current exhibition in NYC.

For Michael and I, this month has been bright with hope, also for seeing more of God’s Kingdom blossoming in our area.  Rob Stoppard, the Inner Healing instructor at GSSM came to stay with us and teach at Kingdom School from Thursday through Sunday, Jan17-20.  IMG_2826 He taught at the school and also at a dinner in our home which was open to people from our geographical area, It was very well attended (some of the younger ones gracefully chose to sit on the floor!) and people were blessed by Rob’s teaching. It was heartening to see so many people come to receive healing and inspiration and we hope to host similar events in the future.  IMG_2822

We have some exciting news, too.  We’ve received our 501 c3 approval for Kingdom Arts Ministry!  Hooray!  Quite a long process, but now we can receive tax deductible donations directly to Kingdom Arts and be more able to support our local community in many different ways.  Praise God!  We are praying for God’s direction and strategy for this next year in terms of planning for Kingdom School, outreach in our community and how we can further God’s Kingdom here in the Hudson Valley.  We will be needing more space to hold events, and along with that, will need audio visual equipment and speakers, so that we can continue offering to bring speakers, films, and art events to our area and Albany.  Please keep us in your prayers as we move on now, to expand to the next level God has for us.  Here is a photo of a Prophetic Painting that Christine did at our last class.  God has been moving so powerfully, and showing her as well as others the “Lion of Judah”, and His power is moving amongst us, He is fully in the Universe and also intimately present within us.  Our strength and our salvation:    1Np28

One last thing. another blessing- we were able to purchase a pellet stove to help cut down heating costs and it is now installed and working great! Finally, warmth! And it was just in time for this really cold weather. Praise God, I don’t have to paint with gloves on!  :).

Sending you all lots of love and hoping you will be in touch with us and share how God is touching your lives, and any prayer requests you may have too.

Love,

Christine and Michael

Behold the New Year!

Happy New Year!IMG_2504

Waking up to a warm house in the middle of a snow storm, healthy, happy, and with an inkling of God’s mission for myself, I thought “what do You want me to do this year, Lord?”  The word I think I heard was “hospitality”.  Yikes!! That was always something I knew I couldn’t do because of my fears and insecurities.  But, honestly, when I heard that, I was and am, filled with an inner excitement.  I am so looking forward to hosting more house church get togethers this year, more Satellite School events, and also volunteering at the homeless shelter on a regular basis this year.  I am excited!!!  I know that’s got to be God!IMG_2524

And, I feel equipped and able.  Michael and I were thanking God yesterday for all the inner healing we have received as GSSM students, and even now as we continue to run the GSSM Satellite School.  All that we are doing now for the Kingdom would not have been possible without the help, teachings, and inspiration we received from Randy Clark’s ministry and the covering we IMG_2528are under as a result.

Our first opportunity for increased hospitality comes with a visit to our GSSM Satellite school by Rob Stoppard.  We are so blessed to be able to host this amazing, quiet, gentle man of God who brings God’s grace and kindness to his inner healing ministry. IMG_2546 Both Michael and I have been privileged to have received inner healing from him on an ongoing basis while at school, and he taught Michael’s second year healing track.  The other GSSM Satellite School, New Beginnings in NJ, after having Rob come to minister to some of their students, have been so blessed they have put him on staff to minister on an ongoing basis!  His ministry of helping people reach their full potential in Christ is so beneficial to those of us in marketplace ministries, as well as clergy, teachers, and administrators.IMG_2555

Michael and I recognize that some of the blessings and mission we have here in this area is to bring in good Holy people to minister and equip the Christians from all different denominations in our area.  The area of inner healing is particularly needed here as people struggle to get free from poverty, addiction,  wounds caused by churches, and family issues.

So, here is Rob’s schedule for his visit to GSSM Satellite Kingdom School in Albany.  We welcome guests to come experience a day at school, or you are welcome to sign up for an inner healing prayer slot, or come to the Friday night Revival Prayer session at our home on Jan. 18.  Christians from all denominations are welcome, and youth groups, too!  Just shoot us an email or call to let us know you are coming:  mhales@halesart.com   or  518-672-0014IMG_2559

  • Thursday, January 17, Rob teaches at GSSM Satellite School, Albany, NY 6:00-9:30PM
  • Friday, January 18, A few inner healing prayer slots are still available: at the Hales home in Philmont 10:00am-5PM
  • Friday Evening 6:00 Pot luck dinner   7:00PM  Revival Worship and teaching with Rob Stoppard at the Hales home in Philmont, NY
  • Saturday, January 19th, 9Am-6PM GSSM Satellite School with Rob Stoppard at St. Michael’s Church, Albany, NY
  • Sunday:  Rob will be speaking at Pastor Don and Nancy Child’s Church, West Hoosick Baptist Church.IMG_2572

Please keep us in your  prayers as we go forward this year, doing what we can to bring God’s Kingdom here to the Hudson Valley.

This is getting too long, but ….One more thing before we go- the Lord is blessing me with having ten of my large icons in an exhibition in Metuchen, NJ for five months.  The gallery is in an Episcopal Church and there will be five other iconographers included, too.  As the Lord has shown me to approach each exhibition as an outreach for His Kingdom, I am excited about all that He will do through my co laboring with Him!  You are all welcome to come, here’s the info:

Christmas! More of Christ in our lives!

Hello Dear Friends and Family:

Thank you all for sharing in the excitement and blessings of our Journey with God, particularly this Christmas.  We are so thankful for your support and prayers!  We also recognize the need to ask for more prayer support as we continue to bring light into the spiritual darkness of the Albany region.  We would like you to email us if you would be able to increase your prayer support as intercessors for us in this next year.  We would then keep you informed as prayer concerns arise and ask you to increase the prayer shield of protection over our ministry.  We need a team of solid intercessors as we move forward and hope you will prayerfully consider this.

kerriphotophotoIMG_2365IMG_2413

Our Kingdom School GSSM Satellite school recently celebrated our own family Thanksgiving at our home with lots of fun playing Biblical charades, feasting on turkey dinner, and sharing our gratitude for all God has done for us this year. We recognize that most of our resources have gone to establishing the Kingdom School since September, with little left over for our

church planting in the Philmont area. Michael had received the Word from God over a year ago to “build an ark in Philmont”, so we are continuing to pray into that.  With that in mind, Michael is organizing a Christmas Carol community Carol singalong to sing carols at the Pinehaven nursing home and along Main street with local residents.  We will all meet

back at our home for Hot Chocolate and aprayer for our area to be blessed especially this year.  Michael continues to hold his bible study in the Philmont library on Sunday evenings and we are praying that God will give us a building in this area for the art/video/satellite school for next year.

IMG_2416

IMG_2378

We have lots of room in our home for entertaining and hospitality and will be hosting the director of the GSSM School here while he visits our school and area churches sometime in the New Year. How exciting! We are so blessed by the support from our Global Awakening family, especially Bob and Marge Morrison who hosted us and a special lunch for our students during the recent Healing School in Mechanicsburg PA.  We need our friends so  much and hope we are a blessing to them too!

Please know that you all are very much in our prayers as we approach Christmas this year.  May you be blessed with joy, good health, and abundance of God’s very Presence in your lives!

Much love,

Christine and Michael                       IMG_2445

The Storm

Hello Friends and Family:

By now you have all heard the reports of the “great storm” passing through the eastern seaboard.  We experienced high winds and rain, with very heavy cloud cover, but, praise God, no damage.  Thanks to you all who have been praying for us.  Last night as we went to bed, we realized that there is absolutely nothing we could do but pray.

And we have been doing a lot of that!  This past month we went with fifteen students from our Kingdom School to a four day conference in Lancaster Pa.  It was Voice of the Apostles with Randy Clark, Bill Johnson, Georgian Banov, and Che Ahn, plus Heidi and Rolland Baker. It was an amazing conference – we learned a lot and experienced a lot of what God does when His Holy Spirit is allowed freedom to do what He wants to do!

The Kingdom School, a satellite school of Global School of Supernatural Ministry, is going well.  Each week there are new teachings and some of our students have taken over leading worship, and it is very anointed. We are all blessed.  This school is something we had wanted to do for a long time.  It is the vehicle which allows us to share with others in our area who are hungry for more of God.

As part of our outreach component this month, the school visited with Charlie Muller of Victory Church in Albany. He spoke to the students and showed us his “Dream Space” in Albany.  It is a large warehouse building where they prepare food to feed the children in albany who don’t get food unless they are in school. He has so many good programs for the poor of Albany and we are starting to partner with him in volunteering .

We also visited the Capital City Rescue Mission which provides shelter and food for the homeless of Albany. That was inspiring, too, how much they do and what a difference they make in the lives of people who really need help.  We will be partnering with their ministry too.

I, Christine, have been working to finish up some of my commissions and starting others. I have two paintings in an exhibition in Woodstock and one in Hudson right now.  Several of my icons will be on display in New Jersey in the spring.  Most importantly, I am coming into a sense of what God is calling me into  in art.  More on that another time:).

I think our prayer requests at this time are for protection, and multiplication!  In starting this school we have taken a risk to do something different and so we need favor, grace and love to follow us in order to complete what God has started here.  We are very grateful for all your prayers and know that our success is your success too.  I think God is very happy when we all are happy.  And making others happy is a great gift.  So, thank you for your help with our ministry – we couldn’t do it without you!

I have also been working on some new websites like: www.newchristianicons.com, and www.iconwriting classes.com.  I’ve started a new look for our www.halesart.com website, too.  All this is to prepare you for the fact that Kingdom arts Ministry is going to have a new look coming soon, too!  This reorganization will simplify our web presence and also increase our web traffic.  It takes a lot of time, but will provide a good infrastructure for our ministry for the future.

And speaking of the future!  I’ve just completed a year long process to file for our non profit status.  The final papers have been sent in, so more prayers are in order!  We are very excited about that and will let you know when it is complete.

So, you see, we came back from England to re-group and it has been very rewarding.  We will be doing short term missions in the future, and praying about where God wants us to take the school next.

Looking forward we feel that we are again being drawn to focus on our own neighbourhood with a place that we can offer art classes, iconography classes, have

Kingdom school and a healing prayer center. God’s call to ‘build an ark in Philmont’ is still very much alive and although in the natural there does not seem to be a way forward for it in the supernatural it feels like the next step. Which means God has it already figured out! So please keep us in your prayers with it all.  Especially for a building or the use of a space that would work well.  We look forward to hearing from you ! Most of you are on our prayer list already, but feel free to email any special prayer requests. God is good!

God has blessed Mick with having some beautiful articles published in Connecticut Cottages and Gardens magazine this fall.

PS:  For my birthday, Michael took me to hear the American Symphony at the Fisher Center at Bard College. Amazing experience!

September Harvest in the Hudson Valley

Kingdom School has started!  We are so blessed and excited to have gotten off to a Spirit filled start with 19 students who are handpicked by God, it seems to me!  Each day of classes, more revelation about who God is, and who we REALLY are in Him.  I am so excited I can hardly stand it!

As part of the School, students have a daily Bible reading from a study put together by Global Awakening.  I am finding it to be foundational to really walking this path with God.  Here’s an excerpt from last week’s reading from Romans 8:27-28 (The Message translation):

“What we’ve learned is this: God does not respond to what WE do; we respond to what GOD does. We’ve finally figured it out.  Our lives get in step with God and all others by letting Him set the pace, not by proudly or anxiously trying to run the parade.”

And  “God sets right all who welcome His action and enter into it, both those who follow our religious system and those who have never heard of our religion.”  Romans 8:30.

I just am so happy with being able to experience through the Kingdom School all the advanced ministry teachings available through Global Awakening.  We are telecasting by internet the classes held on site in PA, so we have fresh material every week.

Michael is doing an amazing job as director of the school and I am looking forward to the Spring when people have been filled with all this good material and confidence building in living life with an alive Jesus operating within them.

I, Christine, have realized how much God wants me to fulfill His call on my life as an artist.  I have jumped into some community art events and am making friends with whom I will share my love of Jesus through sharing our art experiences.    God has blessed me with several commissions which I am working on; here is one of my favorites – Christ the Healer (it’s unfinished yet) .

I. Michael, am also very excited about the school and we are already hearing of some of the fruit; Episcopal services taking twice as long as usual because everyone was given a word of prophecy. A high school was taught how to communicate with God from one of our students and they were crying as they gave their testimonies of what God had said to them. It is so wonderful what God is doing. It is like watching a flower unfold and we know there is so much more to come.

Now we start to do more outreach and we know that this is where the teachings we have heard become a  reality as God shows up when we go out in faith praying on the streets. This is one of the areas that I love to walk in, being natural praying for people who need healing on the streets, in supermarkets, bus stations, hairdressers, just where ever and teaching other people to become comfortable with it as well. God is so gentle and loving that as we see people with His heart we flow with what He is doing. It is so much fun when God takes over and takes things much further than you ever imagined.

One of the wonderful parts of the school is our growing as a family as we all go through experiences with the Lord. This last weekend there has been the National Day of Prayer in Wembley Stadium England and also a huge gathering of prayer in Philadelphia,USA. We know that some of our English Christian family were there actively praying and crying out to the Lord.

Our relationship with them is founded on hours of praying together and it is as though we were standing there with them. But whether we gather in stadiums, in classrooms or house churches the wonderful thing about being a Christian is we are part of a huge family. When we move from one town to another, one nation to another we have family there already, God being the father and we are the brothers and sisters. There is nothing like it and we give thanks every day that we are part of that family and it is constantly growing. Wow. God is good all the time.

So family thank you for all your prayers and please do keep them coming. God is doing  wonderful things and we know there is so much more to come in this area.
